Kombo: E3 2010: New Details for Kinect and Kinectamals Revealed [June 16th, 2010]
“Kinectamals”. I could forgive this if it were a typo that happened once, maybe even twice. But it occurs seven times in the article. The title of the game - it’s Kinectimals, by the way - isn’t spelt correctly even once in the entire article, even though the correct spelling appears on the logo in the Microsoft-provided image they’ve included in the article.
A reader tried his hardest to correct them by posting a comment with what he believed to be the correct spelling, but he spelt it with two Ns. Like attracts like, it seems.

  7. Yoshi’s Island DSI played and completed this game recently and thought I’d praise it a little. Probably top 10 of the best DS games for the nostalgic soul. It’s game play is still very similar to the original Yoshi’s Island, however it is adjusted to fit DS needs with the double screen capability. Not to mention a new story, new bosses, and better graphics. Beat the game and unlock new levels, and time trail mode of the game. Not to mention an awesome black yoshi. ;) On a down note, my partner pointed out that some changes were made in the music. The famous dungeon song is now replaced with a lesser counterpart and many songs were left out. Not to mention the boss battles, although well portrayed and seemly fun, are not as challenging as they potentially could have made them. However the final battle makes up for the lack of challenge and is incredibly entertaining. I’d give it a NN rating of 9

Hyperkin RetroN 3 system plays NES, SNES and Genesis in one console

They guys at Hyperkin keep outdoing themselves with their line of retro consoles. The latest console, called the RetroN 3, can play games from the original Nintendo Entertainment System, Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis in a single system.
Better yet, the RetroN 3 can play games from their original cartridges, rather than running emulated ROMs, so you can just dust off your old carts from the closet (or eBay) and play the originals as they were originally intended.
While the N 3 provides ports to connect controllers from each of the classic systems, each system also includes a pair of wireless controllers which sorta resemble the 6-button Genesis controller. The RetroN 3 is available in either red or grey color schemes, and can be ordered over at Hyperkin’s online store for $69.99 (USD).
